Their pizza used to be really good but the last 3 we got were not. The one we got today was dry and hard and had very little cheese, sauce, and toppings. We won't be going back.

I called at 1015 PM to ask if they delivered to Baptist Hospital ICU. or downstairs. Website said they closed at 11. I was hung up on twice and then the guy answered and said they were closed, didn't give me a chance to speak and hung up again. Rude is what he was and I would fire him for his piss poor attitude and customer service. Never again!!!

I won’t tip again on my carry out orders. The guy pocketed the money and didn’t distribute it to the other employees working. I should have asked for it back when I saw him do it. ?

I ordered pizza and was given 30 minutes with the tracking app. My family and I waited an hour and a half and still no pizza. I call the store and ask for a manager and am immediately put on hold. When I do speak to the manager she disregards everything and just says that’s what happens when it is busy. I told her that the app should be kept accurate then. She didn’t seem to care and was extremely dismissive and rude. So needless to say we will only be ordering Dominos from now on.

By the looks of the name "papa John" I was expecting this to be one of these new freaky adult stores when I walked in and was ordering I was asked if I wanted sausage on my pizza!!! SAUSAGE ON MY PIZZA?!?!?!?! What a pervert! I cannot believe the audacity of people making a kinky pizza restaurant!
