Small dryers didn't get my clothes dry on a 42 minute cycle. Clothes were loaded less than half-way full.

The place was clean with good amount of washers and dryers. They do sale products in vending machines on site. They also have dry cleaning and wash and fold services. The soda machine vending machine was broken. Took change but did not give soda.

I had eight panels of silk curtains cleaned for $110.00 and after three months of hanging in my closet ( the painters postponed their coming and health issues) I got them out to hang and was astonished at the wrinkled condition Owen Cleaners gave them to me. I was able to press them with my steam iron and while they didn't look new, I was able to hang one pair at one window. When I asked for a partial refund for the time I am spending pressing them myself, I was told it was my fault for letting so much time pass and they offered to do them over. I live 50 miles from Paducah and if they were satisfied with their quality of work the first time, I didn't trust them to do a better job the second time. The three hours I am spending pressing them is a shorter time than returning them. I would not recommend Owen Cleaners.

Great service, clean establishment, every 10th wash with laundry card is free! If we need dry cleaning it’s available…we come from further away to do our laundry here instead of Eddyville and Princeton.
