I cannot say enough good things about the team at the store! I had a complicated return from two separate online orders, quite a few exchanges, and I really wanted a pair of pants that I had bought online in the incorrect size, but they were not available online or in store. The team at the Kentucky Oaks Old Navy worked, literally, over an hour on this return/exchange, AND(!!!) were able to call two different stores to see if I could get the pants in the size I needed and then got them shipped directly to my house! Not to mention I was having issues with my Old Navy credit card (my fault entirely), and they held some additional purchases for me until I could get my credit card issue sorted. Shout out to: Megan, Stephanie, Mitch, and Chance for going above and beyond, having amazing customer service, and all together being just wonderful and lovely people while I was their problem child, lol. These people deserve a raise!

Old navy used to have cute things, and they still have a few pieces here and there, but nothing like 5 years ago. Quality went down as prices went up. Not only that, they eliminated their plus-size selection in stores, so yet again bigger women have to scrounge for somewhere else to shop.

I remember when Old Navy was a stylish but AFFORDABLE place to get your kids some back to school clothes... it's still stylish, but it's really not affordable anymore!

I walked in went straight to the boys section and by the time I had the 4th pair of shorts in my hands, the manager was watching me. I wasnt asked if i needed assistance or even got a smile and we made eye contact a few time. It made me seriously uncomfortable. I would understand if I was walking around for 30 mins or more. But I wasn't in the store for more then 15 minutes. It is simply unreasonable.

Well, it hasn't changed a whole lot. There are the bargain racks, there are all the women's selection opportunities that the baby Mama's look for and all the latest trends daddy's money seems to get spent on and the latest young men's casual attire that Zach Morris and AC Slater wish was available for their Bayside high feature.Lisa Turtle would be pleased on the easy selection of young women's clothes and a young men's selection ol screech would even look good in.For me, the Rural King type, I follow my wife in aimlessly and get tranced and distracted by the rave music with country/ undertones... eventually I find my way back to my wife browsing for blouses and report my position (I checked in, won't I have stuff in her ??) as I make a visit to the men's room. So, just a little warning...if you flush the urinal in the "Non-gender" men's bathroom, don't dally around as you zip your britches ... you'll get some urine water splashback as the flush flow strikes the cake sent to soften the knoxious odors. It seems to be positioned upsidedown and tends to leave the confinement of the bowl....With a splashing unpredictability onto the users trousers or shoes. Watch yourself in the Men's room and come out to Old Navy...where everyone has an equal opportunity to leave dressed in the latest trends or the last ones they haven't sold off the clearance rack
