“My son smashed his phone beyond recognition by missing a curb while running at full speed.
We take his completely smashed phone (literally looked like a truck ran over it) to Mike's_iFix. I have little hope that they will be able to do anything bc it was so badly damaged, but hey, I heard they can fix just about anything so let’s goooo.
So, fast as lighting this man calls me back and says he gets the screen on but the touch isn’t working and he wants to mess with it some more. (No clue how he slapped a new screen on in like 20 mins flat but okay nascar pit crew, get it)
Fast forward next day, he calls me and says he’s tried like 4-5 diff screens it’s just not working…so I just tell the guy “it’s okay man it is what it is” I was totally willing to take home the pieces of the phone. He puts me on hold. Comes back a millisecond later and says “I have screens being delivered this afternoon, let me try again”
Y’all this man is worried about this phone like it’s got the launch codes for a nuclear weapon in it. I mean he is going above and beyond. A couple hours later he calls me and says “I got it fixed”
He tried SEVEN diff screens on this phone. He didn’t just take my money and leave me with a broken phone he was DETERMINED to fix it. They have my business forever. Thank you so much Mr. Cell phone fixer man, my son is forever grateful to you!”

“I have tried every wireless phone company in Paducah including Verizon and T-Mobile. They guaranteed their phone services would work where I live and they did not. Then they tried to send me an outrageous bill for services I didn’t even get. Cricket is the only one who has absolutely worked 100% of the time and I have never regretted switching to cricket and they’re actually cheaper than everybody else and I love my cricket wireless! I absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Paducah area.”

“Most employees are very friendly. In the Paducah, Ky. Store by Ky. Oaks Mall, I went in to pay my bill, everyone I saw was helping a customer, so I stood by the counter for about 10 when another lady walked in, she sits down by the window, finally a heavy set man came out if the back, he was walking toward me and i thought he was gonna wait in me but instead he turned and went to the other lady, didn't even ask who was first, just blew me off. I got so pissed that I almost left but instead a sweet cute young man spoke to me and said he would be right with me so I waited. I complained about the other man & he preceded to help me. He was very kind and I loved his help. Got what I needed took care of n left. If it hadn't been fir that young man I would have cancelled my service with T Mobile.”
