I had the worst service at the one by Southside walmart. They don't honor a return policy. I went to return a product unused and they refused to give a refund , very rude , and unprofessional employees and manager. Said the card reader was out ,not my fault and wouldn't give me a refund next day. Never will I ever spend or recommend anyone to do business with them.

Well I've had service with them for 5 months now. My bill has been paid on the date it is due and every month I loose my interest connection. I have to have wifi calling to call them. I pay for data and it goes out I can't because I have no interest. I d I've across town to pay my bill. On Google their listing says they close at 8, guess what door says 7 so I've wasted has that is over priced at almost 4 a gallon. The reps are really nice but it's been a total let down.

Tried to get new service today and nobody is here to open the store. Store hours say 10am and nothing. Called both stores.

I have had metro since 2014 so I'm out of town and go to the one at this location. First off it says they are open and opened at noon. I showed up at 1pm, door was locked went to my vehicle tried to call no answer. Then finally saw door open went in and the guy was rude. He kept saying how he was just about to eat lunch and it's the only thing hes had to eat all day and probably be the only thing he eats all day. Did not ask if we needed help nothing. This makes me not want to stay with metro at all. He was not professional at all. Like I said I been a loyal customer since 2014 always pay my bill on time if not early. Do not go to this location go anywhere else but here.

Site says open till 8 they close at 7 pm employee unlocked door and gave me advice to help but stated they were unable to change website hours so thats not very business oriented.

I give the manager a 0! Said without my info even gave him my account number..only wanted my Amazon Prime put on to my phone..he said "Sweetheart there is nothing we can do to help you".. I explained that the girls working there before put it on my tablet.. I was sick and they said to just come back when I felt better.. Ive been battling cancer for a year..God is healing me though.. and they would finish my phone.. very intelligent extremely nice and went All Out to make SURE I understood the new apps they transferred to my tablet.. paying for movies etc that I can't watch..just another storm and I'll receive a great blessing behind this!
