Massive store with tons of home improvement products. Could spend the whole day looking at all the items available here. Very clean and well organized. Staff was friendly, too.

I have to say Menards is doing things right. I have people asking if they can help me. They greet you as you walk in and out. At first I wasn;t sure about Menards, but now I love them.

My car was hit in the parking lot by a shopping cart. I asked the manager girl if she would look into it. She rolled her eyes and asked the date and time. Never got back to me. I sent an email and kept getting the run around. BEWARE THEY DONT CARE.

Shame on Menards, they in no waygive thier disabled customers any kind of reasonable accommodation. All other stores I've been to provide electric carts for their disabled customers. Plus they are the rudest people to deal with. They act so disgusted if you ask for help. I will be.going to Lows from now on.
