I have passed by this place several times over the past years and I'm sorry I did. Everyone from Rocky the owner to all the sales people make you feel right at home. They were extremely polite and not pressuring at all. They went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new to you car. Thank you to all of y'all.

Rocky sold a relative of mine a 1996 Corolla with 186000 miles on it for 4600. He claimed to be a personal friend to my relative. My relative is compromised receiving CA treatment. Rocky enjoy the money. Bless you for your friendship. ,?

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from them and it was the most horrible experience ever. I was pregnant at the time and the guys there had no compassion whatsoever. The cars transmission went out 28 days off the lot and they wanted us to pay half of that cost even though it was “under warranty.” They would take the car back, take their time while we had no way to go and when we would get it back it still was messed up So they said they put a new transmission in it but we had problems out of the car after the so called new transmission got put in too. Finally it set for about 4 months and I had a good mechanic drop the transmission and it turned out they didn’t even have it plugged in correctly. Spent over 1500$ fixing the vehicle. I will never buy from there again. Ever!

Well I just got screwed by a guy who works at Massey out of 4000 cash who told me and the add said runs great, his wife sent message and said nothing wrong with it ,the transmission starting slipping the next day bad the front end is falling out and its broke dwn by the interstate now water pu.p out and he said he bought it from him boss a month ago and no one will even think about fixing or giving my money bad .it's not over

Extremely shady warranty policy. Just kept my car all day and waited until almost closing to say nothing they could do. Getting it in for an inspection was also a joke as the one person who happens to do it is always “on lunch” and never there.

I’ve been with Massey Motors for several months now and I can tell you these guys have a heart to help! If there’s any way possible, they will help you!! I noticed the google reviews are either 5 star on very low star. I believe that’s because if we can’t help then people tend to blame & trash. R.M. Left the same review on SEVERAL businesses. Possibly a robot.Bottom line, Rocky, Don, Terry and the guys are here for you! A warranty is offered with just about every deal. They are always in black & white. Some things are not always covered. I have seen these guys try to help in those situations too. My experience is this, if you have a need, rather if you need to buy a car or you need your car fixed, Massey Motors will do everything they can to help you!
