When I called for appointment was able to get in the next day and i couldnt be happier! I said "YES To the dress" at this place! If your a bride to be on a budget this is the place you need to go! I was able to get the dress shoes and a veil without breaking my bank.. lolStaff was very helpful and sweet!!!Thank you Lisa's Bridal!!!

Let me start by saying that just due to the location, Lisa's Bridal was our last stop for prom dress shopping on our way back home. I wish we had gone there first. The girls were so incredibly helpful. From carrying dresses up to the fitting room for us, helping hook, zip, and tie, offering expertise and advice the entire way. My daughter tried on multiple dresses and they never expressed any aggravation while she was making up her mind. It was such a great experience, and leaps and bounds better than the previous dress stores we visited in the same city. They are very size inclusive, and have everything from prom dresses to wedding gowns to mother of the bride and bridesmaids. They by far surpassed my expectations as well as the not-so-great experiences we had at other stores. I will be coming back here for our formals from here forward. Did I mention the prices are phenomenal? 10/10

Our experience here was exceptional. We really appreciated the kindness and expert advice we received from Rebecca. Her suggestions helped us make the best decisions. They have a wide selection of beautiful dresses and accessories at reasonable prices.

Yesterday I came in and tried to make an appointment and woman with brown hair told me there was no appointments can be made at that time called and tried to make an appointment today and got one @3:30 went in a little early and they told me I would have to wait till 3:30 went in and they told me I would have to wait till she got done with a different appointment which I feel is weird because why should you schedule me then if you had someone at that time anyways I said okay and waited outside the bridal place when the woman with brown hair came out she looked right at us and went in and checked the white woman out I waited until 4:00 that's when I made my review then went in again and they were just standing there and then told me I could never shop there again and the owner had told them that which if that's okay why keep having me wait on you then after that the short haired woman begin to get rude with my 14 year old little sister and then called the police and constantly yelled at us which is the reason we got rude back I find this very unprofessional and seems kinda racist you had no problem helping a white woman but cause problems for a black person before I even went in a woman had stopped me and told me she wouldn't shop here they are very rude and they are all this could have been avoided we acted on how they acted something needs to be done about this this isad the would we live in and it's r

I do not recommend this place the are vary rude and I feel like I was discriminated they do not get you to your appointments on time they do not try to help you or anything we we had a appointment time and they didn't get to us til 40 minutes later and I am only 15 and some older lady with short gray hair looked at me dead in my eyes and started talking crazy to me in front of my mom and I guess we can't make a review bc you will get bared from they just because of a review that's crazy just for making a review in my opinion ( DO NOT SHOP HERE)

Fantastic place to purchase any of your dress needs! My wedding gown was purchased here when they were on the south side, Susan was fantastic help! All the ladies working that day were great. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience that was super quick and saved my folks money! I highly recommend Lisas Bridal to anyone needing any type of dress for the big event. The only place you won’t pay a arm and a leg for a beautiful name brand gown!

Yesterday I visited this store and received the most horrible experience and customer service. I had two young ladies looking for prom dresses and the sales person approached us and asked us if we were even serious about looking for a dress to purchase, because of how many they had selected. The dresses were not of great value and cheap. I had an large amount of money to spend on a dress and ended up leaving due to the rude people that work there. Chrislyn's was a much more suited place for our needs.

Went in today with a friend. Received the worst customer service I have ever seen. My friend is getting married and tried on two dresses. No one greeted us. No one spoke to us until we asked for a fitting room after being in the store 10 minutes. The woman working treated us as if we were an inconvenience to her personal time, as there was a man behind the counter as well that did not appear to be working but visiting. Upon reading other reviews and responses I understand that this business does not let people "play" in the dresses so please explain the screaming toddler running around that belonged to the worker as she was yelling at him. Not to mention the puppy sitting in a clear storage bin behind the counter. You would think if a store did not allow drinks or customers that were not elserious buyers., They also wouldn't allow pets and screaming toddlers of employees. The only reason it received 1 star from me is so I could wrirlte a review. In reality it's -10 stars. I've experienced better customers service in a gas station.

You know, I'm not normally a "Can I speak to your manager" type of person, but the treatment my friends and I received here is making me one. The customer service we BARELY got was incredibly rude. No one came to greet us when we walked in, we had to walk towards the back to even be noticed, and when we were finally noticed the associate was VERY RUDE. My friend, who is the bride-to-be, had a few dresses she wanted to try on, and wanted a fitting room. The fitting room she was assigned was right in front of the mall entrance, where ANYONE could see. After politely requesting a new fitting room, the associate just rolled her eyes and said sarcastically, "No one's going to see you, but I guess."Anyway! She tried on the dresses--which appeared to be made out of very cheap material, by the way--and didn't care for them, so she put them on the rack, with which we decided to leave seeing as the service was lacking EXTREMELY. Oh, and I forgot to mention the toddler running around and the whining puppy dog sitting in a plastic tote, which I am sure was not of age to be a service dog, thus violating the mall's policies?Also, just a side note: you can't cyberbully a business. I don't see this store being open for much longer.

Visited Lisas Bridal this afternoon with my daughter. We were super impressed with the variety of prom dresses and sizes they have to offer. The staff was amazing and helped her find the perfect dress for half the price of other shops in the area. Many name brands to choose from and prices for all budgets. We will definitely be back to purchase more formals from this shop.

Absolutely fantastic service. I cannot say enough positive about Lisa's Bridal. My daughter's wedding gown was absolutely gorgeous and high quality. We were assisted in trying as many dresses on as she wanted and veils. We were assisted for atleast 3 hours maybe more. We have purchased from many beautiful gowns/ dresses. Prom, homecoming, wedding gown and more! Fantabulous quality at very good price. We have 3 daughters as well as nieces. Always impressed with the selection and I might add there have times we have been given added accessories for less. No one else sure does that these days. Patience, quality and great pricing.

I work in the mall and have been in this store numerous times. The dresses are beautiful and the staff is pleasant. I have seen the recent attacks on this business which is just ridiculous. It is a shame that some people have so much time to waste they go after a small business. Everyone that has contributed to this should be ashamed of themselves. For everyone else who truly wants an honest opinion... go check them out. My granddaughter purchased her prom dress there and is tickled with it.

I was referred here by a consignment store and I was skeptical but the prices were really good. The service was perfect. The girl was not pushy and listened to what we wanted and found it. We will be back again and think others need to check this gem out. For those families on a budget this is the place to shop.

As a dad of daughters I love this store. We have bought several dresses from this store over the years. The owner is very nice and her staff is just as pleasant. I felt compelled to write this review after seeing a post on Facebook that I felt was unfair. The behavior of the person who posted was shameful. It is wrong to bully anyone and encourage friends to make false reviews and encourage people to share a post like that. I have nothing but kind words for this business and the owners. They have saved me HUNDREDS of dollars over the years. Thanks from a guy who appreciates the patience they have shown us when we come in and the helpfulness in choosing just the right dress. They have helped my daughter's look lovely and saved me a ton of cash in the process. You ladies keep up the work.

I have been in Lisa's Bridal quite a few times. I have 2 daughters with dress needs...and many of them (Prom, Homecoming, Sadie Hawkins, and several other events we have as a family throughout the year). I have also taken my nieces and friends daughters there to dress shop. I have worked with Lisa personally several times. She always goes above and beyond. I know when it's the right dress as Lisa usually tears up because she's so happy for my girls. I have worked with Lisa's daughter Ashley and also Mindy several times at the store. They are always kind and love the challenge of finding "THE" dress. The prices are always reasonable and I really appreciate it as I have many dresses to buy for our family.
