Too heavy to carry and it is bundle sum and heavy to transfer from home to doctors appointment just a hassle. I do not like it.

The people here seem so nice and caring....BUT...they have more customers then they can handle.Over my 6 mo dealing with them they have dropped the ball 4 times. With 2 serious problems which involved my health and safety.I agree that they could care less about resupply of CPAP products. I am now entering a third week with a cushion that is leaking badly and keeping me not only from treatment, but from sleeping. Today I will call my insurance and have them refuse payment and will be contacting an attorney.I am certain thier reps would do better. They just can't keep up with the companies greed.

So far now, it has been three attempts beginning February 10, to get my wife’s cpap supplies. They fed exed it to the wrong address, then nowhere at all, now they say it was delivered to our doorstep yesterday, but we’ve been home and nothing was delivered. Neither fed ex. Or legacy seems to care anything about whether or not the customer gets the supplies, but they sure don’t forget to bill you for supplies you didn’t receive. Custoservice since they changed locations is non existent!

My husband got a wheelchair there a few years ago. He has since lost both his legs and his wheelchair is falling apart. Medicare will not pay for a new chair, so we contacted Legacy to see if they could repair the old one even for a charge. Legacy refused because it's "too old". Thanks Legacy.

I've been getting my CPAP supplies from Legacy for a long time - many years, in fact. I have always had very friendly and knowledgeable help from everyone who has assisted me. I appreciate their profession service!

Extremely overpriced. Places like this are why Insurance companies are making coverage unaffordable because vendors are so incredibly overpriced.

They generally have what I need, but getting them to check and see is difficult, at best. They usually have a excuse as to why they can't tell me anything right away (other customers in store, 2 people out today, computer is down/slow), and they never call me back. I called them Monday morning (2/26/2018) at 10 AM wanting to know about a cushion for my CPAP. They were busy (I call and go to the Murray location and have NEVER seen another customer in the store), so I left my # and still have not gotten a return call. My CPAP is almost half paid for and I really don't want to change suppliers, but if I can't get better service, I will have to.

The women in there always get my husband and my stuff correct despite having different last name. Always friendly, always kind. Get me addicted to leggings. Lol.I haven’t interacted with men of office much except twice. Once the gentleman fixed the error in the that I got the wrong cushion and the other... no comment.
