Was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. Much better experience with this Paducah location than the one in Murray. The lady went out of her way to assist with the new supplies.

Too heavy to carry and it is bundle sum and heavy to transfer from home to doctors appointment just a hassle. I do not like it.

My husband got a wheelchair there a few years ago. He has since lost both his legs and his wheelchair is falling apart. Medicare will not pay for a new chair, so we contacted Legacy to see if they could repair the old one even for a charge. Legacy refused because it's "too old". Thanks Legacy.
