Chris Thompson's team were phenomenal. Ellen got us into the perfect Denali, Mike Piazza took us through the entire automobile.
If we don't know it, it's because we're to old to remember.They covered everything. They went out of their way.
Peyton covered everything in warranties and the paper work was painless.

First off, when we make a major purchase, we do not do it in a quick manner. We think and pray on the situation to ensure we are not going to put ourselves in a bad financial situation. We test drove a 2023 GMC Yukon on a Saturday. We could not come to terms on a price for our trade, so we left, still considering the vehicle. We thought about it over the weekend and called later in the week and worked out a deal, this was the following Saturday when we came to the agreement. We informed Peyton to run the credit app and we’d be there on Monday to pick up the vehicle. We had a birthday party for our granddaughter on Saturday, and we’d be out of cell range since we were going to be in an area with no cell service. We sent him a text message prior to loosing service and upon arriving home, still no response. We found out on the next business day, they sold the Yukon out from under us. Very poor customer service and you all just lost very good customer. It saddens me to see businesses doing this. Also, we were never sent an agreement to sign—with the car business in the shape it is in nowadays, you’d think the customer should come first.
