The experience was perfect. The associate at the refund counter helped me with setting up the app. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and respectful. The thing I was disappointed in was the 30% coupon received by mail, wasn’t honored on the merchandise (womens) blouse I purchased. Other than this, all went well.
