I have taken my car in twice local to where I live. I needed more work done so I tried Jeff's Auto. I will be taking any future work back to them. Even though it's further it is definitely worth the extra drive.

Jeff's did a fantastic job with the claims process and repairs. We felt informed and supported throughout the process and when we picked up the vehicle, it was in superb condition after repairs. I recommend Jeff's for any auto repairs in the Paducah and Cape Girardeau areas!

Where do I begin? Jeff is an absolute saint of a person. He must believe I’m completely insane? He might be correct! I’m so beyond sorry that embarrassed. I accused him of something he WOULD NEVER do. My insurance adjuster explained to me in a calm manner I was WRONG! I feel like I belong in a looney bin. Jeff I’m so sorry I don’t deserve your kindness. You were so kind and thoughtful to me even though I was so delusional. My insurance adjuster is going to take care of everything. I’m staying out of it. It isn’t an excuse yet it’s true. Since losing my daughter and my husband in the same year. I haven’t been myself. Jeff my insurance adjuster said the car is completely ruined. It’s totaled no doubt it’s totally worth less. I just need to get away for a while. Everyone please trust Jeff and his staff they are beyond amazing. They calmly explained to me the situation yet I was behaving like a lunatic. Jeff is a very kind man. I’m too embarrassed to even see you again. Sarah my insurance adjuster will take care of the bill. . Jeff’s auto body & staff please try to forgive me. You deserve a award for putting up with today God bless you! . The bill will be paid in give you are such a kind man *£

The best place if you need auto repair. The staff at Jeff’s Auto Repair, are friendly and very efficient. They know all the in’s and out’s of working with your Insurance Company. All I had to do was drop my car off and within a very short time, go and pick it up!! They treat you like family the minute you walk in the door!!

I've been working in automobile industry and trucking industry I started doing repairs on vehicles and tow trucks when I was 10 years old with my dad. I have to recognize and take respect from this awesome body shop.
I have the opportunity to work with Jeff very nice man!!!.
James has done a very awesome job as well very good customer service.
If you are looking for a body shop they do awesome job to high expectations this is the one.

While I was on vacation, my Toyota was hit. I needed two new doors, painting, and recalibration. I had never worked with an auto body shop for repairs, and I had an AMAZING experience with Jeff’s. They walked me through the entire process, kept me updated, and I got my car back in a week. The paint match is spot on, the car was clean, and I will recommend this business to everyone!!
