So Awful! We JUST got home from a spiral perm and my daughter’s hair is pretty much strait. I told the girl not to use those curlers, she had to put all the missed pieces in curlers, and her hair was not very wet… she pulled out the curlers and there were already strait pieces and she was scrunching them telling me (who grew up in the 90s living at the Solon under curlers) that you just have to scrunch it… NOT WHEN YOU JUST TOOK IT OUT OF THE CURLER!!!!! Then said that her (stylist) hair is naturally curly and she even has strait pieces!! Well she didn’t pay to not have those… I just did! Pictures are not even an hour after it was done… her hair is STILL WET!
3 hrs later… my daughters hair is almost completely normal… strait! Have asked for a refund!

The person that answered the phone was very polite. I was disappointed to hear that the person who cuts my daughter's hair was no longer an employee. We were very impressed with Theo.

Tim is wonderful! I used to get nervous when I'd go get my hair cut but I'm very at ease when I'm going to Tim. He does a terrific job and gives me exactly what I want.

Tim and Missy were fantastic. Tim has been my hairdresser for a few years now. He always gives me what I ask for, even when I'm not entirely specific or just say "suprise me". I have never had an issues and it always looks great. They created a postive and homey atmosphere. They were entertaining, humorous, and incredibly organized. It was a positive experience.

Messed up my hair so bad I cried the entire way home...the layers are so bad and uneven...even flat ironed they don't blend...supposed to have a straight shoulde length bob... Was in chair for an hour and a half...

The salon personnel are all very nice and good at what they do. It seems to be less popular with less people passing in that direction since the store has been rearranged. That hurts the amount of business they are able to attract. I would suggest someone consider rearranging this area and updating/cleaning the restrooms.
