Beware- if you take something to them you may never get it back! I really wanted to love this place, but I got completely ripped off. They messed up the embroidery two different times on a pretty expensive outfit I took to them and refused to give me the outfit back because “they didn’t want anyone else to see this awful work”. The owner herself told me she was going to destroy the outfit because she didnt want it to make them look bad. Didn’t even refund the amount I had already paid to have it embroidered.

We went into the store the weekend before Thanksgiving, found 2 long sleeved t-shirts, a sweatshirt, and a giant tote, and asked if we could get our logo embroidered and "vinyled" on them. It all had to be done the following Wednesday..."No problem, we can do that" - and they did!! They totally delivered and every piece looked fantastic!! We looked so professional at our craft show the following weekend!!

I got a tumbler and was supposed to get my last name engraved on it. I was told it would be dobe in a span of a week. Never got a call and had to contact them, then being told they couldn't do the original idea so they would have to do vinyl which wasn't a big deal. But I received my item today and it looks like they just slapped a sticker on it! I'm very disappointed

Took 3 shirts in to get a simple script embroidery. A month later and nobody has even called. I go back to the store. They cannot find shirts or anything else. 3 weeks later still no call or anything. I go back to the store. They call the owner her tells me I was on her call list for yesterday and today. Give me a break. I’ll never go back. And I am still waiting on my shirts that are likely lost now.
