Fixed my truck from damage from a car wash. Got me right in for the estimate, and as soon as part came in got it right in and fixed. Sit there and talk to you just like you have known them for years. Great customer service!

we accidentally locked our baby in the car and we called jason’s collision center and we told them and they told us they were immediately coming to help! we didn’t quite catch his name but he unlocked the car free of charge and got their insanely fast. i’m forever grateful for that man! he then proceeded to tell our son when he grew up, he would teach him to drive a tow truck! overall insanely nice man! he definitely is a great worker! wish i could give this place 10 stars !!

This collision shop is highly rated and for good reason. I had an AMAZING experience with them repairing my front bumper. I honestly think it may possibly have came out better than what it looked like before it had the damage ? They also detailed the outside of my car and that came with the repair which was AWESOME! My car looked brand new at pick up. THANK YOU Jason’s collision center! We are so impressed with your work. Job well done ??

Excellent customer service!!
Very helpful, pleasant, and took the time to explain things to my 81 yo mother which goes a long way in my book.

Brand new, birthday gift . Got hit on Thanksgiving. Brought it in to Jason's, and within maybe 20 min the nasty paint transfer got buffed out and it looks like new again. They all did say to come see you and they were right .!!

We were traveling from Florida to St Louis and had a problem with the under car splash guard. We called and they said to bring it right over. It was fixed immediately! Wonderful service!

Went there to put an application in . Had a talk with them said they were hiring and in the middle of everything an old application that I had put in elsewhere came through so I took the job at the other place called them and let them know that I did maybe I can still work with them on my days off hopefully everybody there is nice and polite and willing to work with everyone if this job doesn't pan out good I will definitely be back to take up a position with their crew.

I can't say enough good things about Jason's Collision in Paducah, KY who are AAA approved! They truly saved the day for me during a stressful situation on my way to Nashville. When the gauges on my car went haywire and eventually left me stranded at a gas station, I was in a real bind.But here's where Jason's Collision truly shines: they didn't just tow my car to the nearest mechanic; they went above and beyond. Since my car is a Mercedes, it required specialized diagnostics that only the Mercedes dealer in St. Louis could provide. Despite the extra distance, Jason's Collision towed my car all the way to St. Louis to ensure it got the right attention it needed.Their commitment to customer service and their willingness to go the extra mile is truly impressive. They made a stressful situation much more manageable, and I couldn't be more grateful. If you ever find yourself in a bind in or around Paducah, don't hesitate to give them a call.
