We drove over from Missouri to find a dress for an upcoming wedding. The sales lady was nice and helpful. I found a perfect dress that fit and was beautiful. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Excellent experience on short notice. Ordered a dress. Called to see how quickly they could ship it out. They shipped it same day and I had the dress in 2 days. Fantastic quality of a dress and a phenomenal experience over the phone. Definitely recommend!

My wife and daughter-in-law both found nice dresses here for an upcoming wedding we will be attending. Everyone was very helpful and the prices were very reasonable.

Great store!! Lots of unique clothing and jewelry. Not the same ole stuff at all the other boutiques. Friendly staff and wonderful owner. Highly recommend!!!

I love visiting this boutique with a variety of cute items to choose from. Some things are a little pricey. The women working are not always the most welcoming or friendliest. Some times they speak and sometimes they don't. I have spent quite a bit of money here. I hope they change their attitude or I might not return.

I'll let you be the judge, if I go in this store I don't get greated or informed about any deals. Maybe its BC I'm Hispanic or the service is dull. But i do notice that other customers get treated differently. I stopped going to this store for like a year. I went back, same.

I have been to this store many times. The owner and her mom are rude and unhelpful. I believe all she wants to do is be a model on facebook. I even asked questions and both of them barley answered and stayed on their phone. You are better off to go to Dillard's or TGMAXX. This has a none boutique shopping experience.

This place has terrible customer service. The owner is self centered and spends more time playing dress up than any other boutique owner. Her pictures are ALL obviously edited. I wonder how long it takes her to soften her face in every picture? You get an instant unwelcoming feeling when you walk in the door. There are plenty of other boutiques in Paducah that aren’t stuck up and actually care about their customers.

First time to shop at jaded layne, we were greeted and welcomed into the store. The employees pointed out the current sales and offered their assistance in finding what we were looking for. They were smiling and friendly, offering to take our items to a dressing room for us. I would have to say the service was excellent and our overall experience was a good one. We are happy with our purchases and plan on returning.
