I normally love this h&r block. The staff is amazing and very nice but... We filed for the emerald advance every year so we can get our 5 kids Christmas. But this year we was denied. We called to find out why. It was because the staff member put in my income wrong they missed putting in a zero. Instead of for example 24,000 it was put in 2,400. Which caused it to be denied for not enough income. She was rushing to get through the process and didn't make sure it was done correctly. So because of her errors and rushing our kids won't get Christmas.
