The Lifetime Warranty they offer is a scam. You have to jump through so many hoops that it's impossible. Especially with taking 4 weeks to get you in for an oil change. I tell everyone I know to never buy a car here. I even filed a better business bureau complaint and they didn't even respond. Buyer Beware!!

We had an emergency issue with our Acura MDX in route from Georgia to Wisconsin.The service department was very knowledgeable and able to fix a problem with the sophisticated computer system that two other Dealerships missed. Thanks to the service Manager, Johann, and master technician Bob, who worked us in on a very busy day, we were able to get back on the road quickly.

I have bought 3 vehicles from Watermark Honda over the years. The staff in the sales department are some really great people. I have always been treated with the upmost respect from the salesmen and it was always a zero pressure zone. My last purchase was a new Fit. Zach was my salesman and I know I bugged him for several weeks before purchasing my Blue Fit (sorry if I aggravated you Zach). I got a great trade in price on my car and a good deal on my new car. If your looking for a new or used car I would recommend you try Watermark Honda. If you stop in be sure to ask for my man Zach or Bryan, they are my two favorite salesmen there.

First off let me say that this is the type a dealership that will have you come up from an hour away and you tell them what you expect out of your car, then they tell you we aren't far away in price and there is room for negotiation. But then when you get there they give you bottom dollar for your car or close to it (let's say they were a good $2000 dollars under the poor book value for a well maintained suv and then won't even go two thousand dollars difference to make a sale. Because that is supposedly not possible because they're priced so cheap on their car. Yeah right. Worst car dealer ever. Well at least for me and I've been to some bad one
