If you want a vet that truly cares about your animal Heartland is the place to go! My dog Zeus LOVES Dr Potter! He always treats my dogs like they are special and I appreciate that!! Very fair pricing!! Zeus goes to the vet monthly for Addison's Disease and his fair pricing has saved me a lot of money!! I Highly Recommend him!! I love my dogs and I love anybody who loves my dogs!!

The Vet was straight forward and gave me his opinion on what really needed to be done with my pet. Prices were better than any other places in town. So not only did I get excellent care, I got reasonable prices. My cat has recovered very well. I would recommend this place and the staff.

I highly recommend Dr Potter and his services. I have been taking my animals to him for over 20 years and he has always been very professional and caring. I was taking my 18 year old cat to him when she crawled up in my lap and died on the way. Dr Potter was very compassionate and caring about my emotional state. I also took my new rescue to him because of a cough and wheeze. He was able to diagnose and recommend a treatment. I won't use any other vet!

Was sent there by PetSmart after our service dog was injured by their groomer. The vet was entirely unprofessional. The only care our dog received was a wipe down of the wound with rubbing alcohol (which only dried it out and increased the pain), sprayed it with what he said was "just a wound spray." Then, he slapped some pills in a bottle, put a sticker on it and wrote am/pm. Never said what anything was and refused to even listen or do anything when I kept pointing out that he was in tremendous pain and kept hiding/avoiding everyone and everything. He couldn't work and wouldn't hardly eat. We were luckily able to contact a well respected vet and got advice on how to actually treat his injury and do whatever we could for him ourselves. If you love your pet, please, I implore you; do not, under any circumstances, use this vet. He is going to hurt some animal a lot worse than they come in. And for full disclosure, I spoke to multiple other veterinary experts who refused to intern under him after seeing the condition and manner of his practice or had only ever heard horror stories from other people who had seen him in the past. Do not trust them with your pet.

I contacted Dr. Potter w hen I was traveling through town and my pups was having complications from a neuter. He got us in immediately and all I can say is wow. His experience is undeniable and compassion was immense. We left having a potential life saving procedure performed and my little Rilo is on the road to recovery. I would travel great distance to use him as my vet.

The Veterinarian there has a mental problem, he talks to you any kind of way and he acts like he doesn't haveassistants, you can call him to ask him a question he's very rude, I don't know how he stays in business with all the one star ratings and he's rude and don't have enough staff so he answers the phone and says rude thing's then hangs up on you, he never quoted a price for the procedure I called him about either, I would never take my pet to him

absolutely terrible phone assistance. avoid. am new to the area and first call ever i asked how much a spay/neuter is and male person who answered the phone said he had no idea and hung up on me.
