Multiple times i’ve been to not just this store but multiple locations and the employees just do not engage with customers and when i attempted to get help from the employees twice now ive been directed to go to another store without attempting to try to find something that would fit my needs. I first thought maybe it was just the store employees but now maybe the staff need a new coach with a different approach. I know for a fact i could easily get the sales up
from Cape to Paducah (Both stores that advised me to look elsewhere) simply by teaching the employees to think about what the customer is asking for and quickly if you don’t have it what do you have that would work .

My go to place for those inexpensive tools. Just gotta watch the insider price tags, found out the tags were expired after checking out and then looking at my receipt.
