Just read several reviews which are very apparently fake and confabulations. Worse customer service ever, Ghetto and disrespectful. Anyone who has a job is suppose to take pride in what they do and offer their best to everyone.

Had a great experience shopping for extensions for my daughter today. They didn’t have micro links but they had great customer service despite some of the comments I have seen on their reviews. We will definitely go back.

if you're not African American they ignore you. if you ask pricing questions they literally say they vary to leave you (a) white patron to help a black patron. very racist place!!!!!!!!!! I've in the past bought numerous wigs from them when I was going through health issues & this was 4/5 yrs ago. they were always kind then explained how to do the trimming on lace wigs, etc. I did not purchase cheap synthetic wigs. today though I was treated like a plague that walked in their shop. For the employees I was the blonde girl with long blonde hair that is extensions. My hair doesn't grow pretty either like yours. You treated me w complete racism. I'll never refer you to anyone again. u got 1 Star because I couldn't go lower. BTW I never waste my time on reviews but this incident today definitely deserved a review. white ppl are called racist all the time. no every single 1 of you girls & women in there were the racist 1s today. check out literally Sat n a chair by door eating chips and finished before she got up for me to ask price questions and checkout. very rude & if you're not their skin color very racist. guess maybe you should put a sign on door black ppl only. bitches

The items are way overpriced and there's not a good selection. The prices of synthetic hair is outrageous and so is the price of pack hair. This beauty supply totally takes advantage of the fact it's surrounded by rural areas and people who aren't up to date on hair trends.
