If you want to feel valued as a customer, DO NOT GO HERE. My family and I come in this store very often. Every time we come in; no one greets us. We’ve said something about this issue. to store employees before. Even called corporate. Still- nothing done.I don’t know why we are treated this way, when we spend lots of money, we are respectful etc. I work in customer service so I know for a fact. This is not how anyone should be treated.

This is a really nice h&m! The staff was very helpful with an online return and couldn't have been kinder. Also, the store is very organized which is always nice for easy browsing.

I've been twice in the past month and both times the fitting rooms were closed. An associate said "due to staffing." Other stores in the mall have open fitting rooms - I don't understand why they can't open theirs. If I wanted to buy clothing without trying it on, I'd shop online.The one shirt that I did buy had a big hole in it that I found once I did try it on. I don't think you all realize how much of a hassle it is for some of us who don't live next to the mall to return items. I'd spend more time shopping there if I could try on the things before buying them. That store is too big not to have fitting rooms and you lose my business because you staff ineffectively.

I had the absolute worst experience in there today. The associate, Marty, was more than willing to let me know how much he loathes retail and being the only person working there at the time. I just needed to return a pair of pants. I don’t know how any of that works, and he said “I don’t know either, I just work here sometimes.” He acted as if he didn’t want to do it at all, but I stayed until he did. Definitely needs a new job that does not involve the public.

The store is a great addition to the mall in Paducah but expect to be driven mad during checkout from the incessant beeping causing by what is, I hope, a malfunctioning security sensor.
