“Over a year ago I walked into Crossfit Dig Deep thinking I would try it for a couple months. I was blown away by the welcoming people at CFDD. Everyone from the owners, coaching staff, veterans, and newbies were so welcoming and helpful. I am always looking forward to my workout days. Best place around!”
“This is the best gym in town and in the region! Their equipment is updated often and well maintained. I’ve been a member for 17 years and I can honestly say I never have to wait on equipment. It is large and is a good space for both women and men. My favorite is the AMT, but they have anything you could want. I like that they have wipes to wipe down after a workout but they also keep it very clean there. Oh, they even have a great walking path outside! For those with kids they also have a kids zone. They have several classes for all levels of fitness.
I started taking my daughter there when she was little and she grew up loving it, and has worked there in the kids zone and still works out there and loves it as much as I do.”

“I do travel a lot. Been to over 10+ planet fitnesses nationwide. First time here. Friendly staff, this one is my #1 out all of them. Clean. New massage chairs equipment, big showers spaces and great water presure. Pretty big workuot space. A+ Thank you for your effort :)”
