The workers told me I was “required” to sign up for their VIP membership to buy anything in the store. I told them no multiple times, but ended up having to sign up for it just to buy Death Note figure. Be for real, I could have ordered off of Amazon and received better service. They sent my information to a different company and was being charged for something I canceled months ago. Sketchy store and company. The amount of other people saying their business scams others on a daily is insane.

This store is great. They sell things that you cannot find at other mainstream stores and that is very cool. It just feels good going there.

ridiculously sketchy store with even more ridiculous customer service. told me at checkout if i signed up for an EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION i would get a discount on my purchase…turns out they used my signature to sign me up for their $12 monthly VIP subscription. didn’t notice the reoccurring charge for a couple months (probably what they bank on), found out through my bank that it was a subscription service, called this store to inquire about a cancellation. told the guy on the phone i didn’t knowingly sign up for anything and asked if he could help me cancel whatever they’ve been charging me for for the last 2 months, and he proceeded to call me a liar, stating i would’ve had to give them my signature twice to even be signed up for the service…no, i signed once because i used my card, but okay. you still signed me up for it without making me aware of it or getting my consent to use my signature for that purpose first. he was extremely rude, condescending, and cut me off repeatedly before finally spitting out a support number i could call to cancel the subscription. what a way to treat a customer you stole $24 from. shared my experience with several friends of mine, to find out they had the EXACT same experience. if i could give 0 stars i would. just buy your nerd stuff online, this place is overpriced as eff anyways.

We were very impressed by this store. The mall has lost a lot of its luster and the stores are a bit lacking to say the least. However, this place is a treasure. Inside is a large area of every type of gaming or anime product for the fan inside most of us. Pick up Alien or Predator statues, Naruto shirts, Japanese candy, or Pokemon toys. It has much more and too much to list here. We went in thinking we would browse another store and ended up leaving with almost $100 worth of items for us and the kids. Thumbs up!
