Ordered my child a bed back in November for Christmas never received it kept being told lies. By February we finally just wanted our money back. We was told to show up on a certain day. Several other people showed up there was a sign on door. Noone never came filed complaint with credit card company and I'm turning them in to BBB.

Ordered furniture on October 2 and still haven't received the right mattress!!Now we have found out the store has closed and the phone has been disconnected!! They still owe us for a mattress and for a damaged dresser we received! Very disappointed!!!

I like the other reviews would never recommend buying from them. They start by telling you you’ll get your furniture within two weeks, then you go and now it’s two months. After the two months I was told nothing yet, I go back the next week and it’s in transit and “we will call you the next day with an update” which is another lie. I waited another 2 weeks to check on my order the only lady there who says in the owns is making a personal call finally checks my order and now IT’S ANOTHER MONTH OUT…How does it go from being in transit to another month? She blamed it on her having to let people go, not my problem…0 stars

Finally gave up and received a refund on the 3 missing pieces. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. They look you right in the face and lie. I would not recommend Furniture World Galleries to my worst enemy.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! I just got out of a HORRIBLE experience with them. To make a long story short they "order" your furniture, take your 50% deposit, and then MONTHS later you still won't have your furniture! There is some major shady stuff going on with this business and the owner/operator!! Lie after lie after lie!!! save yourself the trouble!! I am on month 3 of NO couch!!!

Ordered bed 2 months ago and end tables 3 months ago and been givin the run around on it ever since. The person I started talking to just stopped responding to me. So he had someone else schedule me a day to deliver the bed. Ok the day comes they call and say it’s not here yet! Not sure when it will be. Why schedule for delivery if it’s not in? Tables they have no clue tell us be 7-14 days that’s been over a month now! So if anyone has to order furniture stay far away from them! Will never buy nothing again from them. They tell you things to by pass the time.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! Purchased a mattress from them and was told it would be there in 2 weeks. A month later no mattress and the lying begins! It will be here Tuesday, oh sorry the truck didn't run, it will be here Wednesday. Wednesday comes oh it will be here Thursday. Never buy anything from this store!

We decided it was as time for a new mattress set. We went to one furniture store and the sales person was less than enthusiastic to help us. We went into Furniture World and Faith greeted us pleasantly. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, very easy to work with. Faith deserves a big raise and we definitely recommend her to anyone looking for furniture.

Very nice furniture store top of the line I was in the furniture business for 30 years and top quality merchandise is very easy to spot flexstee La-Z-Boy and a very professional and laid out store check them out you can tell the difference also
