I just want to say that when I came into the store I was at my wits end trying to find something to wear to my daughter's engagement party. I was basically in the dressing room in tears bcause I felt so insecure about myself and so overwhelmed and your employee named Erin came to my rescue and helped me choose my whole outfit from the dress to the jacket to the shoes and she made me feel so good about myself. She Is truly a beautiful soul inside and out and she has no idea what I was going through today and im so happy she was there to help me. She is such an awesome person. Thank you so much Erin!!

Francesca's was a great place to shop! The clothing and jewelry is pretty , yet not too expensive. It was such a pretty shop.

I came to Francesca’s looking to do some retail therapy as i’ve had a rough couple of weeks. While I was there, Beth and Izzy were beyond helpful every step of the way and really made me feel welcomed. They found styles that worked well for me, showed me the best deals in store, got me set up in the rewards program, ordered an item for me, and were just all around friendly and kind people. I ended up walking out of there with several dresses and some sweaters. I highly recommend Francesca’s, both for their gorgeous selection of clothes and their wonderful customer service!

Today me and a group of friends went shopping for our senior skip day. Whenever we walked in we were warmly welcomed and were asked if we needed any help. We were all looking for something in particular and Beth, the lady working went out of her way to help us find the perfect outfits. Beths personality is truly infectious and she made my day! Francescas sure has a wonderful employee. We were all pleased with our visit and were happy with the help that we received.

Hate writing bad reviews but maybe it will lead to better customer service. Came here with my sister, neither of the two girls working even acknowledged that we walked in. They just sat and talked to each other. Did not talk to us once in the 20 minutes that we were in there. They were rude and acted like they didn't want to be bothered when we asked a simple question. If the clothes and items in there weren't so cute I wouldn't come back.
