Just terrible!! Guy at the beginning of the wash wasn’t paying attention while someone was pulling onto the tracks. Lots of scratches on my vehicle too. I’m stopping my service and going with a touch less wash.

I purchased the buy one month get one free for $32. After one month I was billed another$42.99. Did not authorize and did not get the free month. Will be seeking refunds for both charges.

Every time I go to this car wash there’s something wrong with the vacuums, the towels designed for interior cleaning aren’t actually clean and free of debris, and the automated car wash itself doesn’t work right half the time. Half the time I don’t get the Graphene and 100% of the time the dryers at the end of the tunnel are broken so it leaves my car with water spots all over. Waste of money.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had from any business ever! I didn't expect much from a car wash but they did me justice like I've never been done before. Madison went to such lengths to help me get my car spotless! I've moved heaven and earth and done gone to hell and back to try and get my car as clean and she helped me like a professional. I will be back and I will never forget the service that I received. This place has earned a lifelong customer from me. That woman is a car wash wizard.
