Absolute garbage phone system.
15 minutes never got a live person on the phone.
Never got my questions answered.
American corporations need to start putting live agents in the United States on the phone for customer service this is getting ridiculous.

Wish they had a zero to rate. My package that I paid extra to have it delivered has been loaded on the wrong truck 2x and now is delayed until Monday. This is beyond aggravating. How do they put it on the wrong truck twice?

Sure wish you could call them locally had something I needed to ship but they don't ship certain items at this location if there was a local number I could have called I wouldn't have wasted my time going there.

Fed Ex drove by house twice without stopping. Here all day. Security cameras on all my doors and no indication of Fed Ex. . No door tags. Then they said no one was at home. Pitiful.

no way to actually get hold of the location. All calls are sent to a voicemail service which can only go to a call center. Very frustrating
