If I could give this place less it would far deserve it. The employees are far from anywhere near helpful/respectful/aware!! The managers are probably the worst part about it. When someone has some kind of position of authority you would figure they'd use it and possibly have the other "employees" do the work they are paid to do. You ask a question to anyone working there and you'll be lucky to get a response semi less than sarcastic. Good luck returning anything to them as well. Even if you have exactly what needs be. The store usually has music going which is fine except for the fact it's considerably vulgar. They do not treat patrons with respect, they do not respect the workplace and honestly there are way better places to spend your money. Do yourselves a favor just shop elsewhere!

Tried to return a brand new item that was just purchased yesterday, WITH the original receipt. They refused to refund.Per store employee, the store manager make up their own return policy, and the policy is NO returns. This is despite Family Dollar corporate stating items WITH receipt can be returned for refund.

Store needs to be cleaner but how ever the cashier was nice and friendly....they always have low prices .but lately shelves aren't stocked well with product.
