Worst experience I had of my life I was about to get a pedicure and manicure tell me why the lady never once soaked my feet before taking the gel polish off my feet no ma’am I will never let them do my toes I left because I didn’t like the service I didn’t like nothing about this place they short handed for one and for 2 that’s not how u properly take gel polish off toes u don’t just drill it off I politely left don’t go there thank me in advance

I have tried several different salons and came here when my usual salon had a long wait. It was the best decision! Victor and his mom are kind, accommodating, and the best nail technicians! I bring my 7 year old with me to get hers done and they are great with her, too. Highly recommend!Services: Polish removal

I called ahead and had a 430 appointment. I was there about 10 minutes early. I waited 1.5 hr and at 6pm I realized they were no where near getting to me and if they did anytime soon it would be 8pm by the time I was finished with Mani & pedi. I left. As I was leaving older gentlemen said "mam you need to wait" I replied "Ihave been very patient I have other obligations "

A friend told me the guy at this place made them bleed when they went. But, their hours online say open until 6. Thought I would still give it a try. Go in on Sunday at 5. Well before closing time for a pedicure. Asked if they had time for a pedicure, the lady said yes. She asked if I wanted gel color, I said no. Then she said oh we close at 5. I was like you just said you had time and your door says 6. She said ohh and laughed. I walked out. They don’t want your business. Don’t go.

I came by last minute with no appointment and they attended me right away! They were all so kind and accommodating. They let me know about a new technique that they use for gel that does not damage your natural nails. I loved the outcome and did exactly what I wanted from the pictures I showed them.

I have been to Elegant three times and I’ll never go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and do excellent work. Their gel polish holds up better than other place I’ve tried. Each time I’ve been in, no matter how busy they are, they’ve never rushed me in and out to get to the next client. My 11 year-old son loves their pedicures, as well!!!Services: Manicure
