We ordered 2 med 2 topping thin crust pizzas on 24 sept 1600 hrs. Pizzas would have been completly tasteless were it not for the burnt flavor. Very dissatisfied.

I love the food. And it's a lot easier to get into and out of vs Jackson location. But one of the employees is either on drugs or hates me for no reason. Every time I deal with her she either forgets my sauce, wrong sauce, shook up drinks, or today's gem. My order was finished the minute I walked in. Went to pay, no issue. I see my order on the hot rack and wait. She answers the phone twice, routes deliveries, and helps other customers. She knows what order I'm waiting on. She ignores it half a dozen times while checking orders and dropping receipts. Finally i have to say loudly "I think that one on the end is mine?" She looks at me and then goes to it, says "oh i guess it is". I don't know if this woman is a feminist or specifically hates my partner's last name, but something is wrong. Its all smiles whenever my partner goes to pick up the zza.

I have eaten pizza all over this country and Domino's has always been at the very bottom, until I moved to Paducah 7 years ago. I'm not sure what your staff is doing over there, but keep it up! The pie is just amazing. You are our "go to" when it comes to pizza and I never thought I would say that. Outstanding job from every staff/team member. If you could, pass this along to the owner and your regional leadership team, I would appreciate it. Your store needs to be the new business model. Phenomenal job!
