They won’t return damaged items because they “can’t scan it.” They were rude and unfriendly. I’ve worked retail for decades that’s not how to treat customers with damaged products

I usually love going to this Dollar General because it's closer to my house. The staff was friendly but there was only one cash register working and one cashier. The line was very long and the debit/credit card machine wasn't working properly and the cashier had no clue. The equipment needs to be updated.
