I am INFURIATED. My 16yo daughter and her friend went to the Dillard's in Paducah, KY, tonight, to look at prom dresses and accessories. They were harassed from the moment they entered the store! An older associate kept following them around, asking them if they needed a dressing room. She then whispered to the other employees to follow them and they kept asking if they needed help or a dressing room...I'm talking every few minutes Then, she said, "Do you need a dressing room, you look underdressed." They were wearing tank tops and $150 jeans. Then the woman asked why my daughter kept sitting on a stool in the corner - my daughter has Ehler Danlos and gets joint pain and fatigue very easily. Even after explaining that, the woman continued to be rude. At one point she said, "You don't look like you would be shopping here." When my daughter asked what she meant by that, she said "You know what I mean." The girls complained to a manager who did apologize, but that is just not only ridiculous but HORRIBLE customer service, and I've been in customer service my whole life. I guess we will NOT be buying a prom dress there, and will tell everyone we know that unless you are dripping in diamonds and furs, don't bother going in!

This Review Is For Jennifer Smith, She’s Not The Best Far As Customer Service , I Did Not Have A Great Experience With Her, She Unprofessional & Rude, Instead Of Her Just Saying I’m Not Sure What Happened With Your Package She Chose Not To Respond…So I Had To Call Her Manager Just To Get A Tracking Number & Update,Because If You Call The Store The Workers Will Take Down Your Number in Never Call You Back, It’s Rude It Makes Everybody Look Bad! Do Better!
