I have shopped Dillard's for decades! We love all the departments! It doesn't have all that he wants, but, I have bought him a lot more after the tornado took everything we owned was gone! I try to buy him some shoes and clothes throughout the year!

All the staff were friendly. I was Christmas shopping but they did not have all the sizes I needed. Three of them in different departments were so helpful and ordered one item for me. Another went to customer service to get a gift box for me. Quality clothing and exceptional service.

Difficult to get someone to wait on you, but when they do, the people are friendly and very helpful
