Staff is very rude and some seem to think that they can act however they want. Awful customer service and I couldn't find anyone to help me find an item I needed. My visit here was very disappointing.I don't recommend this place unless you already know exactly what you want and I wouldn't ask for help.

I like the atmosphere, I wish I knew why they always get the ugliest styles of the shoes I like. I look online, and there are really good-looking colors, but at the store its always the ugliest of them all.

Very clean and well stocked store. Even during the holiday season. Fairly friendly staff, walking to help when asked. But don't expect much more than that as most are young. But all in all a good little mall store with great access from out side as well to rest of mall.

me and my friends got kicked of here 3 times for no reason. we were just looking at the equipment when he tells us we need to leave for no reason. We are all teens which is understandable for us to look suspicious but we were doing nothing at all and says we were going to mess it up. This guy is just assuming that we are juvenile delinquents which is very rude.

i ordered a bike for pickup, which included free assembly. i received an e-mail the same night saying it was ready to pick up. i went to get it 2 days later. i parked in the appropriate space and waited for them to bring it to me and load it. they made me come in to sign paper work and wait an additional 45 min to finish assembling the bike. why did you guys say it was ready then? the assembly wasn't done great, i've had to make several adjustments that were faulty and noticed a few scratches. just beware of free assembly. :-/ i also had to load it myself.
