So unprofessional. They ask about what your medication is in front of customers even if it's a sensitive issue,and don't even fill prescriptions that they told you to come back for you basically have to beg for your medicine even through they have already been payed by your insurance days ago I have went there 3 times this week to fill 1 prescription and they keep not filling it and selling all of the meds. Why is it my job to remind them daily that they haven't filled my script I should just be able to come back to the store and it be filled and on the shelf ya know like the whole entire business model of a pharmacy

I’d rate the pharmacy zero stars if I could. Always out of stock, always have signage saying short staffed, yet completely shut down for lunch with half a dozen people working. It’s absolutely pathetic. Avoid at all costs.

Employees are always helpful, if you can find them.I left my credit card in the store, was notified, and returned to the store to retrieve it. Found a employee stocking(only one on the floor), introduced myself and was given my card.

They need some kind of new set up for drive thru. Clearly they are busy but the wait times are long unless you go around 8 am. Don’t even attempt to call no one will answer. I let the phone ring one day for 30 mins. I finally hung up. When you back there you just hear that phone ringing and ringing, if I call the pharmacy it’s for a legitimate reason because I k ow their busy. I do however expect someone to answer the phone. Maybe y’all need a larger pharmacy.

I went to CVS around 8:50p there was 2 people in front or me a Honda and a older model suburban. I got to the window approximately 9p they put the board up to the window after I waited patiently and in line before they closed. How rude was that of them I am sure they can see outside, but still did not have the decency to wait on me after I waited. I went inside to get the guy name and he said it was "Jimmy" (African American). I see why you all have bad reviews and turnovers maybe it is the cvs pharmacy every where. Thanks for nothing!

Horrible place. They are the slowest and the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever been too. My son fell completely asleep we had set waiting on one prescription.

One would think the giant "24 hours" sign on their building would mean they are open 24 hours, but no. They didn't bother to update their time in Google Maps.

Sitting in the drive-thru with the tech working on the scripts. She comes back to the window to say we are closing now (it was 1:30) and you will have to come back after 2 to get your scripts. The meds were called in by the hospital at 10 that morning. Customer service is non-existent at this location. If I could rate this a negative I most certainly would.

This is quite possibly the most inept pharmacy staff in western Kentucky, if not North America. The pharmacist on duty must’ve gotten her degree by mail as she did not understand a simple prescription for a typhoid vaccine. 4 pills mind you, FOUR. (Taken every other day for a week) < that simple script confounded her…. to the point that even after FOUR trips in the store she still couldn’t get it done.The real kicker was the bald-headed F2M trans who carried the banner for the whole team… He had her coworkers back and intervened with a brilliant solution! Maybe go to a different pharmacy. Perfect. I will! And so I recommend you do the same…Great job CVS. You have some real winners at this location. Way to serve your customers

Awful service every time. Leave urgent care and try to call CVS to alert them we are on our way (sick child) but no one answers. 30 minutes after it’s sent to CVS they say oh we just got it. Wait 20 minutes. I wait and then they said it’s still processing come back in 10 more minutes. No one is in the drive thru behind me and he makes me leave the window.
