To stupid or inconsiderate to change your hours online for people who are trying to get their kids meds and think they have plenty of time and do not need to leave work early to get the important medicine they need.Also it's always nice to waste a 20 min drive to find out they have "new" hours.News flash who ever decides to change stuff, we have a thing called the internet where people have learned to reference when looking for times that stores close and other relevant information.So please get with the now and learn that people tend to lookup information aboit your business online.Thanks for wasting my gas, and time.

I was greeted when I came in the store. The store manager was up front and asked how he could help me. I asked where my items were and he actually took me to them. Who does that now days? He was a very nice man. The store was clean and well stocked. The associate that checked me out was very nice and asked if I knew about their Care Pass. I didn't but do now. When leaving I was told to Please come back and have a great day.

The most unprofessional staff! They didn't have my prescription and instead of transferring it to another pharmacy they sent it back to the hospital. They have been out of this medication for over 7 months. Call me crazy but maybe the should inform the local hospitals and inform them If all of the cvs don't have this very common pain medicine. It would take all of a minute to do so. Also when I was talking to the pharmacist she hung up on me. Very rude, VERY unprofessional!!!

I have to say the pharmacy is efficient and courteous. I recently switched from Benton CVS to this one. I have never had a chain pharmacy go above and beyond to help me. I had multiple bad experiences at the Benton CVS. The CVS in South Paducah made my transition seem less. Customer service 10 out of 10. Thank you CVS South Paducah

I’ve had an extremely rough day today, and to top it off my daughter has a double ear infection for the third time in two months. I called them after receiving an automated voice message saying that my daughters prescription wouldn’t be ready until Friday evening (totally understandable considering tomorrow is thanksgiving) but this is something I needed tonight. After I called, Jessica went above and beyond to help me make sure I could find somewhere that had her medicine in stock. I am so so appreciative and this woman truly made my day and she doesn’t even know it. Love this pharmacy and will never go anywhere else!!!

I love the pharmacy, they all kno me, as well as I kno them. Takes no more then 10mins to get prescription filled. Which is better then having to wait half an hour to 45 minutes on your meds. Bc we all have such busy lifes. The staff are all friendly n will answer any questions you may have. Never have I had a bad experience or had to wait long on my meds.
