This review is specifically for Arkie Pierce. This man went above and beyond. Texted me updates and helped me every step of the way. We did not get my PC fixed, but it was out of their control. Arkie did everything he could. Pay this man more! I cannot put into words how amazing he was. I recommend requesting him if you need any help. Thanks again, Arkie and Connecting Point!

South side kfc is the best in town I don't know why but everything taste better, crisper and worth the extra time/ gas to go to it instead of the one 3 blocks from me

Love this place! Wish I would have known about it sooner. I have never had a place I felt comfortable leaving my laptop for repairs until I came here after being referred here.The tech that looked at my computer was super friendly, knowledgeable, and priced very fairly. It was a simple fix and he had me out the door in no time.I know where to take my electronics next time I have an issue.

Installs remote connection services onto elderly people's computers that are not powerful enough to handle it. People don't always know they installed it and if they do know they aren't aware of how much it will impact their computers overall speed and functionality.

I must always compliment great customer service when received. I arrived for my appointment for fingerprints and was promptly taking care of without pause. I was having a few issues with the electronic system, but the young lady assisting was very pleasant, professional, patient, and more than helpful in order to complete the process. Thanks for exemplary service!
