The quality of the clothes is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get.The staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect outfit, offering helpful suggestions and even checking in the back for additional sizes. Their knowledge about the latest fashion trends was impressive and made my shopping experience even better.I also appreciated the little details, like the cozy dressing rooms and the eco-friendly shopping bags. It’s clear that The Dirt takes pride in providing a great customer experience.Overall, I highly recommend The Dirt to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality clothing in Paducah. “My daughter wanted the big baggy jeans right on the front display. They were $60. There was a 25% off deal going. We had to bring them back the next day and they exchanged them and were very helpful. Dressing room was good and spacious and had several rooms.”

“I cannot say enough good things about the team at the store! I had a complicated return from two separate online orders, quite a few exchanges, and I really wanted a pair of pants that I had bought online in the incorrect size, but they were not available online or in store. The team at the Kentucky Oaks Old Navy worked, literally, over an hour on this return/exchange, AND(!!!) were able to call two different stores to see if I could get the pants in the size I needed and then got them shipped directly to my house! Not to mention I was having issues with my Old Navy credit card (my fault entirely), and they held some additional purchases for me until I could get my credit card issue sorted. Shout out to: Megan, Stephanie, Mitch, and Chance for going above and beyond, having amazing customer service, and all together being just wonderful and lovely people while I was their problem child, lol. These people deserve a raise!”
“Reasonable prices clean place,only thing is they definitely definitely need help there was 2; registers running an there was maybe 8 people in line an I guarantee I had to wait in line every bit of 25 mins.”
“I just want to say that when I came into the store I was at my wits end trying to find something to wear to my daughter's engagement party. I was basically in the dressing room in tears bcause I felt so insecure about myself and so overwhelmed and your employee named Erin came to my rescue and helped me choose my whole outfit from the dress to the jacket to the shoes and she made me feel so good about myself. “This store is wow compared to our local one! The people who work there are really nice and helpful. Out of all the rue 21 stores I have been in this is by far the most organized and most well kept store I have been in. It was easy to find what we were looking for and the sizes.I SOOO wish our local store was like this.”
