“*Regarding houseplants only* Their houseplants are slightly high in price but they do care for them alright. The plant sales have never included houseplants which is weird because at the end of the year they're all burnt or dying - but still expected to pay full price. They never really have anything rare but they do have a big selection if you catch their restock in time and they are priced really well, not really ever too expensive. Great place for fertilizer!”

“I cannot say enough good things about the team at the store! I had a complicated return from two separate online orders, quite a few exchanges, and I really wanted a pair of pants that I had bought online in the incorrect size, but they were not available online or in store. The team at the Kentucky Oaks Old Navy worked, literally, over an hour on this return/exchange, AND(!!!) were able to call two different stores to see if I could get the pants in the size I needed and then got them shipped directly to my house! Not to mention I was having issues with my Old Navy credit card (my fault entirely), and they held some additional purchases for me until I could get my credit card issue sorted. Shout out to: Megan, Stephanie, Mitch, and Chance for going above and beyond, having amazing customer service, and all together being just wonderful and lovely people while I was their problem child, lol. These people deserve a raise!”
