If I could put zero stars I would..Been with this bank for several years and even had a prior account before this one. Literally went 50¢ over what I had in my account because I miscalculated, thought well it will be ok I get paid today and was always told by them that as long as it was under $5 and the amount was back in the positive by the end of the business day it would be ok and no $30 overdraft fee. Called and explained what the issue was and was told another story about even if I went 1¢ over then they would charge, then why have I been told for over 5 years that as long as it was under $5 and back in good standing by end of the day no fee would be charged. Needless to say the conversation went south quick and come Monday once every bill I paid today has cleared, my account will be closed. These people need to get their story straight and stop telling so many different "rules"

I have aways been glad that I moved from US Bank to the C-Plant . The service has always been first class and friendly, as well as professional. I have nothing but praise for the Southside C-Plant Credit Union !!

Customer service is unfriendly, cold and unhelpful.Wasn't willing to assist. Multiple times been a client for 3 years.

I only used my account for business purposes and kept a very limited amount of money in it as it was not my main account. Charge ridiculous overdraft fees and only refund one, ever. People are human, things happen like auto payments!Not the best customer service. App is outdated. Closed my account with them. Bank elsewhere!
