“The customer service is excellent. The coffee shop inside of the bookstore is great as well. My barista listened to me and made one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. The used book section is a great hidden gem . Most bookstores don’t even have a clearance section anymore. You can find a ton of great books at very a very low cost. I wish there were more locations around the US.”
