I went in to buy a tablet, but couldn't find anyone to help me. While standing in the store, I looked up the item I wanted and ordered it for a pickup in an hour. Went to lunch and then picked it up.
I might as well have just gone with Amazon.

Awesome place to shop. Bought 2 game remotes and 2 chargers bases not bad in price. We buy all of our big electronics here. They do last a long time.

I bought a TV on Saturday 14**.00. It was an open box they said they have all the parts. When it was delivered there was no stand. So they put the tv on my couch and left.
Not the big issue!!!
The big problem is you can't call the store or get ahold of anyone that can handle anything!!!! If you have any issues good luck. I see now why the are closing stores all over.

They are crooks and theives. They said they had to do a factor reset on my lap top. Bring a scan disk to back up and They will reinstall. Word and excel was not reinstalled and they want 150.00. I've paid for the full geek squad package for 12 years and never used it. This is how this crooks rob you.

Seems this best buy is going the way of most brick and morter stores. Half the store is stocked well but the other half is poorly stocked. The big ticket items consumers go after are there (tvs and and things like that) but the products more tech savvy customers are after are hard to find.
