“I am so happy with this place! My son’s car has been leaking water EVERYTIME it rains hard for two years. I have taken it to an autobody shop, auto glass place, called multiple places and even tried to YouTube and fix it myself! Another auto glass place referred them to me and within 20 mins, they figured it out and this afternoon, I picked up his car with no more leaks! It was ruining his car! Thank you so much for being awesome!!”

They were all very friendly and always made you feel like you were priority! “I was going to wait to post but they have been so helpful and kind I didn't want to wait. My car was smashed up five hours from home on the way to another state and my Roadside assistance was going to take 48 hours to get a Tow truck to my vehicle. Randy's was the nearest certified repair shop within my insurance network and they were out there with a tow within 30 minutes. I accidentally called before they opened and was kindly directed to call back in about 15 minutes when I could have easily been ignored.
They basically took the stress out of a very new and stressful situation- helped situate my dogs and had a rough answer for me within 15 minutes of arrival and helped push along a rental car faster.
The repairs are extensive and will take some time but I trust by their level of customer service they will be as excellent as their communication has been.”
“I bought an F250 six months ago and planned on getting a fifth wheel trailer. Life happens and I hurt my neck and had to have major surgery fusing most of my neck. Contacted Allyn Moore and explained we were no longer going to need the F250 and wanted to go back to an F150. He showed me several different models and explained all the different features of each make sure I found exactly what I wanted to fit my needs. He was so knowledgeable and never once did I fill pressured. Can't believe the deal we made. Two other dealerships came no where close. I recommend Paducah Ford and their accommodating staff.”
