My appointment had specifically to do with prepping me dentally for a round of radiation, and while I found them to be a bit inflated in price the Hygienist was extremely professional and personal. She did a very good job and my discomfort was minimal. My only misgiving was the price of the overall cleaning that focused on getting below the gum line and treating a slight case of periodontal disorder.

When I tell you I hate the dentist, I mean I really hate it! But all the ladies at the Paducah Aspen make it so enjoyable! They are so friendly and calm my nerves the moment I walk in; I don’t know if I will ever go anywhere else. Special shout out to the manager Andrea as well, she is top notch!

My daughter, Destiny was actually the one who had appointment. These people are super awesome! Very nice, friendly, and so knowledgeable. I never seen hygienist and dentist do some of the things they did today. They are definitely a step above the rest.

The Dentist and her staff were great. Very professional, friendly, listened. Took care of my problem with my new teeth. So far they are working a lot better now. The from desk staff are great also. They are professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you'll very much

Not a good experience at all I went in for an emergency broken tooth and did not get it fixed. The woman working at the front desk was rude to myself and everyone else that came in. The dentist was a probably 20 year old girl that was rude and wouldn’t even attempt to fix my tooth. I will never go back.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Scheduled an appointment a week ago, drove an hour, to be turned away when I got there. First they claimed they over booked and i could come back this afternoon. When i told them i couldn't make that time slot. They then claimed I needed an ID (even though they said they didn't when making the appointment). Definitely don't recommend.

The staff in Paducah was great! From reception all the way through! They gave me a chance to ask questions, and made sure I understood. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, I have never had this great of an experience with a dental company!

I went in to get fillings and it was the best experience I've had at the dentist, considering. They were kind, they understood that I needed to wear my earbuds (shrill noises cause me anxiety). Both the dentist and her assistant did great work, and I appreciate them.

Very good visit. I had an appointment but walk-ins are welcome as well. I was greeted by a warm and organized reception staff and I appreciated that check-in was automated (tablet). I had a great with Dr. Deitz and Staff; and all my needs were met.

Was nervous to actually go but was in pain and had to. My visit was such an awesome experience to be a visit to the dentist. The ladies each and everyone I spoke to were professional but caring also which made for a good visit. Very satisfied!

There was too much going on and no one knew who had seen me yet. So very unorganized. I had already been warned that they would say I needed something expensive and I did. I went in for a cleaning and they did not give me that. They said a cleaning would cost me almost $2000 due to something that I know to be untrue. I will not be going back and I will not recommend to anyone.

Kind, caring staff who did absolutely everything right to put me at ease, helped me come up with a treatment and payment plan. I can't recommend this place enough. Absolute angels work here.
