“The location of these apartments are amazing, and you definitely are paying for that, but it's worth it! The noise levels can be pretty bad with the fire department across the street and trains running nearby, and the kitchen is a little small, but the rest of the space is great.
The laundry is a little spotty, and I'd use a nearby laundromat. I would rent again from here, you simply can't beat the commute times to both downtown and west paducah!
Vicky and the rest of staff is wonderful, and they've helped me work through my first rental experience!”

“Lived here for 3 years & absolutely love it! Yes, there has been a few property managers, but the owners are working hard to make this a place people can happily call home. There have been several positive changes over the past few months.
I would definitely recommend this complex to family & friends.”
