My hot tub went down it took forever to talk with a service person then I was sent a text to pay $150 for them to come out I payed then they ghosted me twice before ever coming out finally got out here found a leak went to fix it but broke more pipe in the process said they did not have those parts and would have to come back but instead I got an estimate for$3500 to fix I mean really if they did not need my business they could have just said we do not want or need your business instead of running me through hoops but they did make $150 to do nothing

we wanted an in ground pool installed before we moved into our new house. Aloha Pools made our wish come true by building our pool within a month's time. They are extremely professional and worked with us every step of the way. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the pool is second to none. Tiffany went out of her way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. we highly recommend Aloha Pools and spas in Paducah Ky.

UPDATE: Ive changed my review after a very quick response from Aloha to this post that they would be taking care of the issue with me in store. I appreciate any company that will recognize an error and correct it, so they will continue to have my business.Original Post:We bought our above ground from here and chemicals and sand over the years. Last October we bought a new pool cover for nearly double the online prices. It ripped at the seam down the center after 5 months. I went to the store with pictures asked for replacement since it has a 15 year warranty. I was told I have to contact manufacturer. Who had me submit a claim online and was given no phone number for them.Why would I buy from the store then? I pay the markups for service in times like these. Now I have to wait for a cover while pollen and whatever else goes in my clear pool.Pretty disappointing Aloha

We can’t say enough great things about Aloha Paducah! Brock and his team Casey, Roldolpho, and others were wonderful in the execution of our 14x28 in-ground liner pool, with heater, pool cleaner, and electric cover. We were commuting from Illinois to build our home and they were so accommodating and responsive. Even with our minor issue with coping they took care of it immediately and with courtesy. I highly recommend Aloha!! They have excellent customer service and some of the most knowledgable people working in their service department. I have spoken to David multiple times about an issue with my spa and he has always been helpful and gone out of his way to make sure my questions were answered. We recently purchased a liner and Casey was also helpful.

Always on top of everything and answering all kinds of questions and I had a lot. We defiantly made the right decision to go with Tiffany at Aloha Pools & Spas. Called Monday morning talk to gentleman at service told him I needed a filter for my hot tub he looked up information send it to me UPS I got it Tuesday was not expecting it until Thursday or Friday. Fantastic customer service thank you very much will continue to do business with you

Ya'll do NOT hesitate to buy a new pool easy care and maintaince I got salt water plus heated 18X36 is my size ? ! Plenty big and very fun. The staff is great Tiffany Watson is the main person who will make sure you have everything you need to make it fabulous and beautiful then you will have water test Mitchell is the best along with the others trying to be awesome as him. Marco will be your pool installer or his brother Juan they are the best and most importantly very nice and reliable. The whole staff at Aloha Pools and SPA are the best for directing you what is best for your pool. Bullfrog go see Mitchell he got you covered in bubbles and goodness on cold days and rainy or just cold weather and relaxation at your fingertips.Services: General construction

This was our first in-ground pool experience. From the beginning of the process to the end, everyone has been extremely helpful. Brock has been great at answering all of our questions as well as coaching us through what to expect/keeping us updated. He’s been easy to get ahold of and timely in his response. The Aloha crews have done a great job installing our pool & sauna! Definitely would recommend!Services: Inground pool installation
