I had a very disappointing experience. Refused to even consider pawning my silver item, despite the clear potential for a quick profit. The customer service was absolutely terrible, with staff displaying a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. I do not recommend visiting this shop.

Guy is very rude and a liar. Advertised a kayak that would be available on Friday. I show up bright and early Friday only to be told he sold it THURSDAY morning.

Had called up there to see if they took a certain item and whoever answered didn't say who they were, or give his name. Almost before I could even finish he just says no. Could have at least been like "no I'm sorry, we don't take those items anymore. I just don't understand people sometimes. I just said okay thank you anyways and hung up. Smh.
