Wish there was an option for 0 stars. They’ve done nothing but charge my family for their wrong doings. They ask for more money when we are low on gas because they didn’t check to make sure we didn’t have leaks. Went through 200 gallons in less than 40 days. I don’t know why anyone who has to go through gateway to even get a small amount would have to pay $600 for them to bring it out (when they come through that way anyway). Money hungry and terrible with fixing their own problems. They even lost $230 from my account somehow?? Not a very stable business for gas.

Although always nice on the phone, they waited until 2 days before the summer propane sale ended to tell me their driver won't drive up my driveway to set up a 500 gallon tank I requested several weeks ago. Now I'm stuck either paying a higher premium for propane from a company who has a better driver (since a 30 ft box truck had no problems making it up my driveway) or just not having a propane tank to accommodate my Generac backup generator over this upcoming winter. Welcome to KY for me I guess (moved here a month ago). So 2 stars for being friendly but having zero comprehension of timeliness.
